Alstom to upgrade four hydro generators for major utility in Canada ALSTOM has been awarded a 30 million euro contract to upgrade four generators at a hydroelectric power plant in British Columbia, Canada, for one of the country's major utilities, British Columbia Hydro and Authority (BC Hydro).
