Microgy Inc. executes long-term gas sale agreement with Joseph Gallo Farms Environmental Power Corporation and its subsidiary, Microgy, Inc., announced a long-term biogas purchase and sale agreement with Joseph Gallo Farms of Atwater, CA, one of the nation's largest dairy farms. Under the terms of the agreement, Microgy will build, own and operate an anaerobic digester at Columbard Dairy, a facility with approximately 3000 head of cattle that is one of five such farms owned by Joseph Gallo Farms.
