KEMA announces major contract awarded from California Energy Commission's Renewable Energy Program KEMA announced it has won the prime contract from the California Energy Commission's Renewable Energy Program to provide technical support services to help build interest in and facilitate the development of renewable energy in the state.

ComEd has earmarked $3 million for this effort, providing $2 million to supplement the State of Illinois' Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) for customers in the ComEd service territory.
Alliance Data Systems signs long-term renewal with Pepco Energy Services Alliance Data Systems Corp., a provider of transaction services, credit services and marketing services, announced it has signed a long-term contract renewal with Pepco Energy Services, Inc. (PES).
