AEMC introduces leakage current probe
The AC Leakage Current Probe Model 2620 measures leakage current shunted to ground caused by insulation faults. It enables the operator to locate failures when they occur, or anticipate them before they occur, without shutting down equipment or spending hours troubleshooting.

Command Center 2.2 now available from Hunt Technologies
Command Center™ version 2.2, the newest release of Hunt Technologies' automatic meter reading (AMR) management software, is now available. It offers more integration and compatibility with popular engineering and billing software applications, while providing enhanced features for retrieving and managing AMR data.

har*GIS launches new application for transmission line inspection and maintenance
har*GIS Field Information Systems™ announces the release of a new software application for transmission line inspection and maintenance. The application operates in conjunction with the company's TruckMap*™ Field Information System, an industry-leading field automation platform.

Protecting critical information technology hardware and systems
Phoenix Contact introduces a new family of surge protection devices for sensitive data and Ethernet networks certified to Cat 5e interface requirements. The D-LAN surge protection products keep damaging transient voltage and current away from sensitive data equipment, thereby improving overall network performance and uptime. Designed with RJ 45 in and out connections, the D-LAN products are easy to install and universal in application.

har*GIS announces TruckMap* Version 5.0
har*GIS Field Information Systems announced the release of an enhanced version of TruckMap*, the company's flagship software for field force automation. TruckMap* is a vendor-independent suite of mobile and wireless work tools designed to simplify field operations and complex work flows for utilities, government agencies and route services companies with distributed assets and customers.

The CRITEC TDX50 SPD provides safe surge protection at affordable prices
The CRITEC® TDX50 SPD provides surge ratings sufficient for even the most lightning-exposed, mission-critical sites. The TDX Series features three safety technologies to address catastrophic events, as well as TVSS failures due to normal aging; they include Transient Discriminating (TD) technology, thermal intimate MOVs and over-current fusing. The unique combination of these technologies provides longer TVSS life, which is backed by ERICO's 10-year free replacement warranty.

McKenzie Bay unveils next generation wind turbine design, anticipates commercial installations this summer
McKenzie Bay International Ltd. introduces the commercial production design of its WindStorSM Wind Turbine. A significant departure from traditional, propeller-airplane-like wind turbines, this innovative design features three curving blades coming together at the top of the mast, combining grace, beauty, strength and efficiency.

har*GIS launches mobile solution to view and query distribution assets
har*GIS Field Information Systems announce the release of a new distribution operations and maintenance application designed for bi-directional compression and transmission of map data, customer information, CAD drawings, photos and facility data stored on enterprise computer systems to low-cost mobile devices used by mobile field workers.

New Laser Atlanta mapping products improve productivity in mapping
Laser Atlanta, a laser optics technology developer and provider of measuring systems for professionals, launched new products and packages for its Advantage product line that includes a new smaller and lighter Advantage rangefinder, new Profiler II product package (for mining, blasting and profiling), new Volume II (volumetric package for stockpile volume measuring), new Walkabout GPS system (for GPS offset mapping) and Bluetooth wireless technology (for wireless connectivity).

AEMC introduces clamp-on leakage current meter
The TRMS Clamp-On Leakage Current Meter Model 565 is designed to measure low AC currents, which are typically leakage currents in ground conductors. Low currents are measured using the 60mA and 600mA ranges. Leakage current measurements up to 600mA with up to 10µA resolution, on a ground conductor or through the vector sum on multi-conductors, can be accomplished.
