Duquesne Light Holdings to receive $35-$40 million from sale of energy facility management projects to DTE Energy Services Duquesne Light Holdings announced that it has sold six on-site energy facility management projects to DTE Energy Services, a subsidiary of DTE Energy. While the companies have signed a purchase agreement for the projects, closings of the individual projects will occur over the next several months and are subject to regulatory and other consents and approvals.

Avista Corp. and three parties reach settlement on Avista's Washington rate case Avista Corp. and three other parties participating in Avista's Washington electric and natural gas general rate cases -- pending before the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (WUTC) -- have reached a settlement agreement that, if approved, would resolve all issues in these cases. Avista filed its electric and natural gas rate increase requests with the WUTC on March 30, 2005.
