ABB announces price increase ABB, a leading power and automation technology group, said that it will increase prices on transformers by 12 - 18% based on specific material content. The increase will affect ABB plants as well as Power Partners, Inc in Athens, GA. The increases are the result of significant cost inflation in materials utilized in the manufacture of transformers including carbon steel, electrical steel, copper, aluminum, oil, insulation and transportation.
ADA-ES shares to begin trading on the NASDAQ, October 14th ADA-ES, Inc. announced that its common stock, which has been trading on the OTC Bulletin Board since the Company spun-off from Earth Sciences, Inc. in September 2003, will begin trading on the NASDAQ Small Cap Market effective tomorrow, October 14, 2004. The ticker symbol for ADA-ES' common stock will remain 'ADES.'

The Board declared third quarter dividends payable Nov. 15, 2004, to shareowners of record on Oct. 29, 2004. Dividends on common stock have been paid for 236 consecutive quarters since 1946.
