Hall, vice chairman, president of the Gas, Oil & Chemicals (GOC) Division, and Board of Director member, will retire from the company effective July 16, 2004. Bob Germinder will replace Hall as president of GOC. Hall will continue working for Black & Veatch as a consultant.
