Global Power Equipment Group, Inc. to acquire Nanjing Boiler Works in China Global Power Equipment Group Inc., a design, engineering and fabrication firm providing a broad array of equipment and services to diversified global companies engaged in the power and process industries, announced that is has reached a definitive agreement with Nanjing Machinery & Electronics Industrial (Group) Co. Ltd. to purchase a 90 percent interest in Nanjing Boiler Works located in Jiangsu province in eastern China.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
