White Plains, NY, May 2, 2008 -- ConEdison Solutions has acquired Custom Energy Services LLC, of Overland Park, Kansas, an energy services company.

Founded in 1997, Custom Energy Services LLC has provided energy efficiency solutions to clients throughout the United States. The firm uses guaranteed performance contracts. Performance contracting leverages energy savings from energy-efficient infrastructure improvements to cover project installation costs over set periods of time. Custom Energy Services LLC also provides energy consulting for demand- and supply-side services, and provides on-site power, co-generation and renewable energy technologies.
